Alaskan Inspiration: Alaska’s state flower, the Alpine Forget-Me-Not, has charmed locals since 1917, long before statehood in 1959. These delicate wildflowers bloom in June and July, painting the landscape with vibrant blue petals and bright yellow centers, echoing the colors of our state flag, the Big Dipper and North Star set against a deep blue background.

The native variety, Myosotis asiatica, is a hardy, non-invasive beauty commonly found blooming in yards across the state. Beyond its charm, the Forget-Me-Not has long been used in traditional herbal remedies, for everything from soothing wounds to aiding recovery from illness.
